Ridge gourd with Soya chunks


INGREDIENTS:
Ridge gourd...........3
Soya chunks...........1c
onion.............2
Green chillies........5
Tomato...........2
Salt as required
Garam masala..........1 tsp
Red chilly powder..as required
Curry leaves and corainader leaves.
METHOD :
  • Microwave the soya chunks for 3 -5 min in a bowl of water.Keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.Fry the chopped onion,green chilly and curry leaves.
  • Add chopped ridge gourd.Cover and cook for sometime.Add chopped tomato.
  • Now add the soya chunks,salt and red chilly powder and cook until all are well cooked.
  • Add garam masala in between.
Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
