INGREDIENTS:
Ridge gourd...........3
Soya chunks...........1c
onion.............2
Green chillies........5
Tomato...........2
Salt as required
Garam masala..........1 tsp
Red chilly powder..as required
Curry leaves and corainader leaves.
METHOD :
- Microwave the soya chunks for 3 -5 min in a bowl of water.Keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.Fry the chopped onion,green chilly and curry leaves.
- Add chopped ridge gourd.Cover and cook for sometime.Add chopped tomato.
- Now add the soya chunks,salt and red chilly powder and cook until all are well cooked.
- Add garam masala in between.
