Spaghetti.....1 box
Mixed vegetables....2c
Onion...1
Green chillies....6
Salt..as req
Ginger-Garlic paste....1tsp
Sambar powder....1/2 tsp
Olive Oil..2tbsp
METHOD::
- Boil the spaghetti,drain them and keep in cold water.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add green chillies and onion.
- When onion is fried a little bit add ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Now add the vegetables(your choice) and cook until they are half done.
- Add salt and sambar powder.
- Drain the spaghetti and mix with the veg. mixture.
Serve hot.
