As of i know atta(wheat flour) is good for health.Wheat is full of iron and vitamin A.We can use atta not only for chapathis.Here i am showing one recipe with atta.I think everybody knew about this:-).
It is very easy to prepare.It will take just 30 min.to prepare.
INGREDIENTS:
ATTA...............1 cup
SUGAR.............2cups
GHEE................1/2 cup
WATER............4 cups
METHOD:
- Heat a large pan and add ghee.
- Add atta and fry atta till it won't stick together too much.
- In the mean-while take water and sugar in a large pan keep it on high on the stove till all the sugar dissolves and keep it on low till required.
- when once the atta came to the required position add the sugar syrup to the atta.
- Mix it well without any lumps .
- keep it on the stove till all the water evoparates.
- Take out from the pan and pour this mixture into a round plate.
- Cut into pieces.
