INGREDIENTS:


Carrot.................2
Capsicum.........1 big
Beans.................1/4 lb
Green peas........1 cup(frozen/fresh/soaked)
Corn kernals.........1 cup
Tomatoes...............2 large
Onion....................1 big size
Ginger-Garlic paste........1 tsp
Cumin seeds............1 tsp
Green chilly........3-4
Salt .....................as per taste
Red chilly powder.....as much spicy u want
Garam masala.............1 pinch
Oil....................1 tbsp
Coriander leaves ....to garnish

METHOD:
  1. First cut the carrot and beans to small size pieces.boil along with the corn kernal and peas.keep aside.
  2. In apan heat oil.Add cumin seeds.When they splutter add chopped onion and chopped green chilly.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste.When the onion turns onto golden brown add the finely chopped tomatoes.
  4. Cover and cook until tomatoes cook well.Now add salt and chilly powder.
  5. After 5 min. add boiled veggies and cook until they all mix well.
  6. Add garam masala powder.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or rice...
