
INGREDIENTS:
Carrot.................2
Capsicum.........1 big
Beans.................1/4 lb
Green peas........1 cup(frozen/fresh/soaked)
Corn kernals.........1 cup
Tomatoes...............2 large
Onion....................1 big size
Ginger-Garlic paste........1 tsp
Cumin seeds............1 tsp
Green chilly........3-4
Salt .....................as per taste
Red chilly powder.....as much spicy u want
Garam masala.............1 pinch
Oil....................1 tbsp
Coriander leaves ....to garnish
METHOD:
- First cut the carrot and beans to small size pieces.boil along with the corn kernal and peas.keep aside.
- In apan heat oil.Add cumin seeds.When they splutter add chopped onion and chopped green chilly.
- Add ginger garlic paste.When the onion turns onto golden brown add the finely chopped tomatoes.
- Cover and cook until tomatoes cook well.Now add salt and chilly powder.
- After 5 min. add boiled veggies and cook until they all mix well.
- Add garam masala powder.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or rice...
