This is my entry for Nupur's "A to Z of Indian Vegetables" weekly event.

INGREDIENTS:
Green peas.......1 cup
Capsicum..........1 big
Tomato..............1
Salt....................as required
Red chilly powder....As required
Coriander leaves.....for garnishing
Masala.
Onion.....1
ginger...a small block
Garlic....2 flakes
Cumin seeds....1 tsp
Star anise.....1/2 flower
Cloves........2
Cinnamon......1 small stick
Coriander seeds...1 tsp
Shahjeera........1/4 th tsp
Grind all the above to a smooth paste.
METHOD:

Grind all the above to a smooth paste.
METHOD:
- Boil the green peas.
- Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan .Add the ground paste.Fry until the oil comes out.
- Now add chopped tomato.Cover and cook until the tomato become soft.
- Add salt and chilly powder according ur taste.
- Add the chopped capsicum.Cook for 5 min and add the green peas.
- Cover and cook until well cooked.Add water if needed.
- Serve with chapathi or rice..
