Ingredients:
Tindora........1 lb
Cumin seeds.....1 tbsp
Red chilly........according to ur spicy taste
Coriander seeds.....1 tsp(optional)
Salt..............as required
Method:
- Make splits to the washed tindora.
- Boil them in a cooker or in a bowl of water.
- Grind the cumin seeds and red chilly and the coriander seeds to a coarse powder.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the boiled tindora.Add salt.
- When they fried to little golden brown color add the grounded powder.
- Adjust salt and chilly powder according to ur taste..
