Methi Leaves curry


INGREDIENTS:

Methi Leaves.......1 bunch
Onion.............1
Garlic pods.....6
Salt.........as required
Red chilly powder...as required

For Tampering:::

3 Red chilly
1 tsp Chana dal
1 tsp Urad dal
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Pinch Hing
Curry leaves


METHOD::

  • In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry garlic pods.Add all the ingredients for tampering.
  • When the tampering is done add chopped onion.
  • After frying onion for 5 min. add chopped methi leaves.
  • Fry and add salt and red chilly powder as per your spice levels.
  • Cover and cook until the methi leaves are well cooked.
Serve hot with rice.
