INGREDIENTS:
Methi stems....1 bunch
Tamarind.......1tbsp paste
Salt... as required
Green chilly...5
FOR TAMPERING:
Urad dal...1tsp
Chana dal...1 tsp
Mustard seeds....1 tsp
Cumin seeds...1 tsp
Hind...a pinch.
METHOD::
- Wash the methi stems and chop them.
- Fry the methi stems along with green chillies in 2 tbsp of oil.Keep it aside.
- Fry all the ingredients for tampering in a small pan.
- Grind the fried methi stems ,half of the tampering along with tamarind paste and salt into a paste.
Goes well with white rice.
