INGREDIENTS::
Rice flour....2c
Green chillies...10
Ginger........1 medium sized piece
Onion...3 small ones
Salt... 1tsp
Curry leaves...4(optional)
Water...1/2 c
Oil to fry
- Cut onion into small pieces.
- Grind green chilly and ginger coarsely in a food processor.
- Mix onion and ginger -chilly mixture with rice flour.Add salt.
- Using less water in between make the rice flour mixture into a dough.Make sure that u add very less water.Just add enough water to make it into a firm dough.
- Heat oil.Put small amounts of the rice flour mix into the hot oil slowly.
- Fry until they turn into light brown color as shown in the pic.
You can store them in a airtight container.They will be very tasty.
