INGREDIENTS:
All purpose Flour...2C
Sugar...2/3rd C
Salt...1/4th Tsp.
Baking Powder...2 1/4th tsp.
Eggs.....1
Vanilla essence...1 tsp
Vegetable oil...1/3rd C
Milk...3/4th C
Mashed ripe banana...1C
Chopped nuts (walnuts/almonds/cashew)...1
C (I used cashew nuts)
PREPARATION:

Preheat oven
to 350 F. Grease a 9-by-5 inch loaf pan.

In a bowl combine
flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

In another bowl combine
milk, oil, egg and Vanilla. Blend well.
·
Add to the flour mixture stirring just until the dry
ingredients are moistened.
·
Fold in mashed banana. And then add nuts.
·
Bake for 45 min to 1 hour or until a toothpick immersed
comes out clean.
