Brown Rice Dosa

INGREDIENTS :

Urad Dal.....1C
Brown Rice...2C
Oats............1C
Salt..2 tsp.

PREPARATION


  • Soak Urad Dal  and brown rice in water for up to 8 hours.
  • Grind Oats to fine powder without adding any water.
  • Wash and grind the Dal and Brown rice adding 1/2 cup of water .
  • Mix the oats powder into the dal and rice batter.
  • Ferment for 6-8 hours.
  • Heat a nonstick pan . Pour one ladle of batter onto it and spread it round. 
  • You can either use oil or spray . Turn it once the bottom is golden brown or after 2 min. 
  • Cook on the other side for about 1 min.
  • Serve with some chutney .
