Baby Corn Manchurian::


Baby Corn ....20
Onion.............1
Green/Spring Onion....1 bunch
Ginger Garlic paste...1 tsp
Green chilly.....2
Red chilly Powder...1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce.....1 Tbsp
Tomato ketchup.....2 Tbsp
Rice Vinegar....1 tsp
Coriander Leaves ...for garnish
Oil...2 tbsp

To Fry Baby Corn:

Mix all the following ingredients with 1/4th cup of water .

Corn Starch....1 tbsp
All purpose Flour...2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste...1/2 tsp
salt...1/4 tsp
Red Chilly Powder...1/2 tsp

Dip the baby corn in this batter and deep fry in oil.Keep them aside.


PREPARATION:


  • Cut the baby corn into 1 inch pieces.
  • Fry them in oil by following the steps given above.
  • Chop onion, spring onion into small pieces.
  • Heat a Wok .Add 2 tbsp oil.
  • Fry the onion until translucent and add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilly..
  • Fry or 2 minutes and add the chopped green/spring onions. Leave 1 tbsp of chopped green/spring onions for garnish.
  • Fry for another 2 minutes and add salt and red chilly powder (adjust them according to your taste) and the sauces ( soy,vinegar, tomato ketchup) . Mix well.
  • Here you can add some chopped coriander as well.
  • Now add the fried baby corn and mix well.
  • Garnish with some coriander leaves and green/spring onions.
Serve it when it is hot  with Veg Fried Rice.
