Veg Fried Rice:
Basmati Rice....1 cup
Soy Sauce...1 tsp
Rice Vinegar...1 tsp
Carrot ....1
Capsicum/Green or Red bell pepper...1
Spring/green Onion ....1 small bunch
Corn kernels.....1/4th c
Green Beans .....10
Green peas ....1/4th c
Ginger Garlic paste...1 tsp
Salt as required
Pepper powder....1/2 tsp
Red Chilly flakes...1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves

Coriander leaves
- Boil the rice along with soy sauce , a tsp of butter/oil , and 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Heat two tbsp of oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic paste for 1 minute.
- Add diced carrots ,bell pepper and green beans.
- Fry for 5 minutes or until they are cooked halfway thru and add corn,green peas and chopped spring onion.
- Fry for another 3 -4 minutes and add the cooked rice and all other condiments. Adjust the salt and chilly flakes according to your taste.
